Refer to the picture or attachment below. There are 3 possible causes that air bubbles can enter the tubing system:
1.) The Guide was not properly attached to the cranial bone of the animal or was loosened during manipulation (e.g. while inserting the Sampling Insert). In that case re-implantation is necessary.
2.) The Sampling Insert shows leakage. In that case use the gasket before inserting the Sampling Insert into the Body.
3.) Air bubbles enter between tubing set and Sampling insert. In that case use a drop of cyan acrylic glue.
